Babelegi Workwear has been a leading manufacturer of Industrial Workwear since 1985. We have established ourselves as a company who cares about its customers. We strive to deliver quality, at a good price, always keeping in mind the need of our customers.

When we started in 1985, most of the employees did not know anything about clothing manufacturing, in-house training was done, and today they are trained workers, supporting their families and contributing to the general well being of the community.

Our friendly and efficient office staff goes the extra mile to ensure that our customers are satisfied with quality and service.

We manufacture a whole range of protective clothing according to the SABS specification, for commercial and retail industries. The ranges of clothing we offer, in various colors, are sure to suit your needs.

We have in-house embroidery/printing facilities, personalizing your leisure/work wear according to your company’s desired design. Our wide range of protective equipment, cleaning materials, leisure wear and protective clothing makes us your one stop industrial safety supplier.

Materials Used

The materials we use are the J54 SABS (SANS) 100% cotton material, 65/35 poly cotton and the D59 100% SABS (SANS) cotton, we also use Flame Retardant (D59 material which is treated with a Pyro vatic Chemical) and Acid Resistant materials.

We have built up a stable, ethical business relationship with the large institutions over the years. We have supplied specific garments, made to order for companies with specific requirements like City Councils, Mining Groups and BMW South Africa, just to mention a few.
