50% Deposit on placement of orders, 70% Deposit on placement of orders with branding & alterations. NO Cheques or Cash deposits accepted as this will trigger bank charges for your account. Goods will only be released once payment refelcts & CLEARS in our account. 5-7 working day waiting period for EFT transfers. Immediate payments will be treated as normal EFT transfers.

A handling-fee of up to 25% can be charged on exchange/return of stock items within 7 working days of purchase depending on manufacturer policy. No Exchanges or returns accepted after 7 Days. NO RETURNS on branded or special ordered items.

NO CASH REFUNDS will be given, a credit will be kept for next purchase. Credits will only be kept for 3months, if not used within 3months your credit will be forfeited. Orders can only be cancelled depending on process of order & supplier terms.  A cancellation-fee of up to 25% can be charged. We do not take any responsibility for branding on own supplied garments.

Please note by signing or paying this document we accept that you agrees that all sizes, quantities & items stipulated are correct, Babelegi Workwear will not take responsibility for incorrect goods supplied.

Goods remain the property of Babelegi Workwear until fully PAID. Conti-suits are sold as a set and will only be exchanged as a set. No exchange on any EMBROIDERY/ BRANDED items.
